Alesia Galati Episode 200

In this special episode, we’re flipping the mic! Long time friend, client and podcaster Lisa Zawrotny is here to interview Alesia in celebration of 200 episodes of Podcasting Unlocked, formerly Listeners to Leads. Lisa and Alesia reflect on Alesia’s journey into podcasting and starting a podcast agency, the importance of strategy, valuable insights on the challenges and lessons learned in the podcasting world, and more! This week, episode 200 of Podcasting Unlocked is about celebrating 200 episodes of Podcasting Unlocked!

Lisa Zawrotny founded Positively Productive Systems LLC in January 2016. She holds current certifications in time management, stress management, life coaching, and meditation instruction as well as a certificate in Positive Psychology. Lisa has been featured in over 120 podcast and video summit interviews as well as guest webinars. She has been featured as a keynote speaker and facilitated in-person and virtual workshops involving productivity, decluttering, stress reduction, and vision boards.

In this episode of Podcasting Unlocked, I’m sharing the importance of making strategic decisions for long term podcast success and actionable steps you can take right now to feel empowered to make your podcast work for you.

Lisa and I also chat about the following:

  • How podcasting can be a powerful tool for connection and communication.
  • Why batching content is essential for managing podcast production.
  • Adapting your marketing strategies as trends and tools change.
  • The future of podcasting and how established podcasters can continue to stand out.

Thank you so much for being along for this journey, whether this is your first episode or 200th! I’m looking forward to hearing from you all as Podcasting Unlocked continues!
