Podcaster burnout is real. But the good news is that if you’re experiencing burnout, it is not a sign of failure or a sign you should throw in the towel. Showing up weekly on a podcast is a lot of work and sometimes you just need to take a step back and take a strategic break so you can come back better than ever. This week, episode 33 of Successful Podcasting Unlocked answers the question: Should you take breaks from your podcast?

In this episode, I share:

  • Common signs of podcasting burnout you should look out for.
  • Strategic breaks allow podcasters to recharge, regain creativity, and sustain their show for the long run.
  • Taking a seasonal approach to podcasting can help with planning ahead and managing time effectively.
  • Your mental health is more important than your podcast; it’s okay to take a break and replay past episodes while you recharge.

Be sure to tune in to all the episodes to receive tons of practical tips, tricks, and advice as I answer all your podcasting questions. Thank you for listening!
